It was all great
Due to being busy we had the accessibility room so the shower was a bit tricky for us taller people and water harder to contain on the floor, but nothing wrong.

Great location for my needs, Good staff, eateries
After many stays it was the first time a few things were missed in cleaning, the tv remote was filthy dirty and one of the bedside tables was dirty.

The Hotel was part of the Royal Children Hospital where my granddaughter was having surgery on her spine, it was the ideal location for my daughter, granddaughter and myself. it was easy to find , found parking just in front of the Hotel lifts.
The twin room was ideal for us, it had all crockery for breakfast, kettle, microwave etc. It also has a table and arm chairs,
