Location was nice and quiet. The accommodation was very good value for money compared to other properties available. The property suited us well for our purposes.
Slightly clearer, shorter and prompter communications before the holiday would have been great. There are three bedrooms rather than four which we were expecting. There was some confusion before the holiday over whether our deposit had been received and the property reserved, but it all worked out ok in the end after contacting the host by telephone.

Ruhige Lage, 800m vom See; nette Nachbarn; Stellplatz und Garage verfügbar; mehrere gute Joggingrouten direkt vor der Haustüre; sauber und groß; Vermieterin hat auch auf spontane Änderungen/Wünsche sehr entspannt und schnell reagiert.

Die Kontaktperson ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einpaar Schwierigkeiten als wir angekommen sind. Wir haben eine E-Mail geschrieben und wurden sehr schnell zurückgerufen.
Auch die Kaution wurde sehr schnell zurückgezahlt.
Auch wenn alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist, haben wir die Wohnung sauber gefunden.
Die Lage ist hervorragend. See Strand und Einkaufszentrum sind sehr nah und zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar
Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung, die einige Jahre hinter sich hat. So die Einrichtung auch. Alles ziemlich alt. Die Küche ist allerdings okay.
Sie wird für bis zu 8 Personen ausgeschrieben, da es nur 3 Schlafzimmer gibt, schlafen dann 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer.
Des Weiteren gibt es nur 1 Toilette, die auch im Bad ist. Für uns war es Ok. Bei 8 Menschen kann es « spannend » werden …
