Casal Alentejano

La zona donde está la casa es muy tranquila. No tiene ire acondicinado pero no se necesita, hemos estado en pleno agosto y corre aire todas las noches.Casa muy amplia para poderte mover por las habitaciones con facilidad. Muy bien equipada , tiene cosas que te facilitan la estacia como por ejemplo en el baño jabón de manos o secador, o en la cocina por ejemplo , lavavajillas, bolsas de basura, papel aluminio, sal, aceite, azucar, capsulas de café, etc... Los dueños te dan al llegar un mando para abrir la verja del recinto para que tengas libertad de entrar o salir.

La cama de matrimonio hacia mucho ruido al moverse. Las instalaciones pueden parecer algo viejas , pero cumplen su función. La casa está un poco retirada si quieres ir de visita, a lugares como Sintra, Cascais o Lisboa y las carreteras de esa zona son un poco regular. Al llegar la primera vez no hay ningun timbre ni portero automático para que te abran, tienes que llamar por telefono a los dueños para avisar que estás fuera.

The hosts who live on site were a lovely couple, they made us very welcome. In the heat the big ground floor apartment is very cool and very traditional furnished.

At the start of the stay there were a few things missing from the apartment, but as soon as we mentioned them, they were delivered to our door.

The hosts are very welcoming and accomodating. We stayed in a large, very confortable appartment. The property is kids friendly, as we can come outside and play. They breed beautiful, docile Lusitano horses, that we can see and pet (it was a nice surprise, as we were not expecting it). The property is well situated and easy to get to and from if you have a car.
