We arrived from the airport at 5am. We asked before if there is any chance we could check in early, and were told we could if there was availability and that it would be at an extra cost. When we arrived, at 5am, we were told there was no availability and that we needed to come back at 2pm. When we came at like 1pm, because we were so exhausted, they moved us to a hotel on the same street, because there was no availability in the hotel we booked. If they moved us anyway, they could have given us the room in the morning, so we would have to roam the streets of Istanbul exhausted. The room was not clean, the bathroom was dirty, sheets were full of hair, and the room had a little door that went god knows where, shut with only a bolt. The next day they moved us into the hotel we booked, there the room was better, but the bathroom had mold. Again the room had hair everywhere. After this, the stay was decent. Not the best place to stay, but for the price, let’s say it’s decent if you actually stay in the hotel you book.
