Хороші апартаменти для відпочинку сімї, дві спальні, коридор, кухня. Наявність хоч і маленької але парковки це плюс. Не було проблем з поселенням, вічлива хазяйка які завжди приходила на допомогу в разі потреби.

very kind owner, decent quality and design, good price/performance ratio, private parking, good location (groceries, beach.)
this is not particular to the property, but be aware that everyone seems to be smoking everywhere in Croatia. Felt like going back to the 90s.
This affects the appt, too, as people in the surrounding appartements kept poisoning the air on our balcony and in our rooms (with doors/windows kept open for the night for cooling).
Also, if you have difficulty climbing hills, access to/from beach may be a challenge.
