The location: 5 mins from Rab centar but in a quiet street. Typical old building with new kitchen and furniture. We like feeling at home also when we travel and we could get it here.
Comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms.
There is a steep driveway to park in front of the house, it’s really for experienced drivers and a bigger car. But we were aware of it before booking and my husband is a good driver so it wasn’t a problem really.

Tiszta, kényelmes szállás, 3 szobával és 3 fürdőszobával. Kb 15 perc sétára a homokos parttól. Jó ár-érték arány. Kedves volt nagyon a szállásadó😊
Két kulcsot kaptunk, így tudtunk külön-külön is programozni.
9 személyes kisbusszal kissé nehéz volt az apartman előtt parkolni, de megoldottuk. A kávéfőző elromlott mikor mentünk, de szerintem hamar megjavítják. A wifire nem mindenki tudott csatlakozni

I loved the staff. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Also, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and one of them has a lundry machine, which was great! In addition to this, it was super clean!
The position, besides the issue with the slope, was fantastic because it's super close to the center and pretty close to the beach of Sveti Ivan. Also, in 15 mins top, you can drive to all the major beaches of the island.
The parking, for our 5 meter car, was a bit challenging. There is a slope that is barely enough to pass without risking falling with one of the tires...but we made it work in the end!
Also (but the staff said they will take care of it!), there was a plumbing issue. The pipes were a bit loud and the drain in two of the bathrooms had some difficulties.
