Ho scelto questa struttura per avere il mare di fronte, lontano dalla città per rilassarmi, e così è stato. La raccomando a chi desidera queste cose.
Tipica casa anni 70/80, qualche piccola lacuna, perdita di acqua dietro il bidet, frigorifero datato con segni di ruggine, comunque niente che abbia influito sul soggiorno.

Ottimo per la posizione adiacente la spiaggia
Televisore funzionante a singhiozzo.Presenza di scarafaggi all'interno dell'appartamento e nell'ingresso del condominio.Scarico del lavabo e del bidet in bagno necessitano di manutenzione in quanto perdono liquido.La cucina necessita di più vettovaglie e tovagliato.Le prese di corrente adiacenti al letto matrimoniale non erano funzionanti.
