Hard to find location. I suggest the owner to send some pictures of the outside to find location easier.

The location is absolutely stunning; you're there in just about 35 seconds. It's convenient if you need anything from the supermarket—there's a nearby Spar self-service and a McDonald's. The place has A/C, easy check-in, and the owner responds very quickly if you need anything.

The building is super old. And I couldn't increase the volume on the TV 😱😭

overpriced only by location . plumbing in bathroom need significant updates. the shower barely accommodates an average size person and there are no place holders for soap that can be reached easily without having to reach to the floor of the shower in the narrow space. the shower door is of the rails at the top and difficult to open and close without knocking it off. the fun in the bathroom does not work and toilet waste retained in a trap. there is a strong sewer smell that is prominent in the afternoons. the kitchen can use some updating too to make it larger over the empty corner. Paneling around the bedroom is stained and dirty.
