Persoonlijke ontvangst door Alessandro met veel informatie en tips uit de omgeving.
Uitzicht op zee vanaf het terras was prachtig.
Ligging - het dorp Nebida had alle basis voorzieningen op loopafstand (5min) zoals een winkel, laadpaal en verschillende restaurants.
De (keuken)inventaris voldeed maar is beperkt

Bombastische Aussicht, geräumiges Ferienhaus mit Klimaanlage und allem, was man braucht inklusive Sonnenschirm und Bodyboard. Pool mit Bademeister (9-12 und 15-18 Uhr nutzbar), Restaurant vor Ort. Alessandro ist extrem freundlich, ohne sich aufzudrängen, immer erreichbar und hat viele gute Tipps, die man beherzigen sollte (Strände, Restaurants). Sehr schöne Tage!
Und hat alles gefallen, aber ungeübte Autofahrer sollten wissen, dass die Anfahrt sehr steil ist.

Alessandro is a perfect host and gave us plenty of very useful information for sightseeing and dining in the area.
One outstanding place to dine, he recommended, was Agriturismo Sa Rocca, in case you are interested in sardinian cuisine.
The house had everything (and even more than) you need to enjoy the beautiful landscape and the wonderful beaches!
A place which can truely only be recommended for a perfect holiday. 😀
The roads in the holiday village are very steep, a fact one has to get accustomed to.
On the other hand, the view wouldn't be as amazing, if they weren't. 😉

Very clean inside.
Sympathetic administrator.
The house area is declared at 80 square meters, and in fact the house is very small inside and has a maximum of 40 square meters.
No privacy when using the terrace and sunbeds.
Lots of mosquitoes and other biting insects.
No armchairs to sit comfortably outside.
The house is definitely not worth the price
$$$$
