Location is excellent with SM on the doorstep for any needs and a convenience store just around the corner, facilities were good and host was amazing. She assisted us with arrival as my flight came in very early and also contacted security ahead of time for our entry.

A Great Stay in Davao!
We had a fantastic experience at this apartment in Davao. The room was nice and clean, providing a very comfortable and welcoming space for our stay.
The location was excellent, making it easy for us to get around and explore the city. We were also very impressed with the apartment itself; everything we needed was there, which made our trip feel seamless and stress-free.
Another major plus was the security, which was very good and gave us complete peace of mind throughout our stay.
We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Davao looking for a clean, convenient, and secure place to stay.

The host was very accommodating giving me extra time to check out.
Overall the place was good but i believe they need to modernize it a little more. Get a new water heater.
