Prachtig groot appartement met centrale ligging. Alles is nog nieuw en er was voldoende ruimte.
Jammer dat er alleen airco in de woonkamer is, dat maakte het in de week dat het erg warm was op de slaapkamers ook best warm.

Not negatives, just watch outs: for 100 sqm apartment it’s only one air conditioner. It’s could be not enough to cool down whole apartment. Some beds are noisy (squeaky). Pool was not always clean, to be frank owner said that it’s cleaned daily - my guess it’s been not everyday, or now with top quality clean (on bottom of the pool even after cleaning was debris, owner said it’s natural that during the day some leaves wetting into it - but that was not one day debris). On terrace there is a 20-30 gap between fence and the wall - concern for families with small kids
