Clean room with great shower. There are lots of nice communal spaces. The kitchen is great - large and fully equipped. They provide drinking water. Staff are super friendly especially Kevin who was super helpful during check in and spoke excellent English. The location is great there are some good restaurants close (5 mins) walking and it is 20 minute walk to the centre of Todos Santos. You can easily park your car right outside on the road. It was one of the cheapest properties we could find in the area and I think it is excellent value.

The bed was not the most comfortable.

Nothing it was fine

The staff were friendly and helpful. The internet was good. There is a nice coffee shop and breakfast place within walking.

Intentionally booked ground floor garden view with a terrace and king and twin room. Upon arrival received a tiny room up steep stairs with a terrace on top if it up additional steep stairs. My husband cannot do stairs, plus there wasn’t even space for suitcases, and no closet. I found a different place to stay, but owner would not refund. While they did move us to a ground floor better room, it was right on the street and dusty and noisy, and there was no view from our tiny screened in terrace.
