Excellent stay and place

The location is a bit out of town but it was really peaceful and lovely. It was also a good location for visiting other "sights" such as Ovčara and Dodik. Slađana the owner is an absolute jewel and so welcoming and kind. Everything was perfect for me at Villa Biser Dunava.

If you are after a 5* luxury hotel this isn't it, but everything was perfect for me here.

Nice place to enjoyand relax with friends by the pool

The pool is big and clean. We could use the kitchen and the common area. Other guests at the villa were friendly.

When we arrived at the property, no one was answering the door so I had to call and after 15 minutes, the owner showed up saying that we have a problem - they were full, even though I booked two rooms a month in advance. He put us all in one room and reduced the price from 700 to 500 HRK. I never received the bill, though.

The rooms and backyard pool are as modern as the pictures promise. You get access to a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator.

The house is very noisy. In room no.1 you can hear the sewer pipe very loud each time someone showers or flushes the toilette. People where going in and out even after 22.00 and used the kitchen which was noisy again in my room.

Good location, clean but could use a bit of refurbishment

Great location, just by Dunav river, quiet neighborhood, some 30 minutes walk from city center. Host are nice, rooms were clean. Pool and spa are nice and clean and nice addition to this accommodation.

Both room and shared kitchen could use some "face lift". Room could be better equipped - eg. missing hairdryer. Furniture is a bit older then you could see on photos, it could use a bit of refurbishment, perhaps a new mattress, this one was quite soft... Not to mention investing in a new set of towels, one had a big hole in it. As said, room was clean, but furniture has seen it's share of usage, could be replaced...
