Posizione tranquilla dentro al bosco di proprietà, i gestori due persone molto cordiali e gentili. Una sera ci hanno anche invitato ad una grigliata. Nell'appartamento non manca nulla, pulito ed accogliente.

This is an old large house situated in picturesque Istrian countryside, beautifilly renovated in vintage country style and excellently maintained. There are fruit and walmet trees garden around it, and very kind frendly donkey named Tucho lives there. The old town of Groznjan is in about 10 minutes by car, Motovun in about 25 minutes and beaches on Adristic sea aroung porec and Rovinj are in about 40-65 minutes. Two apartments in the house are available for guests. Our apartment-studio was absolulely perfect! It had all facilities we need and was very beautifully furnished and decored itself. And yes, Eligio and Mirella are the best hosts ever! On Saturday they made for us and guests from other apartment a dinner with delicious grilled pig meat and local alcoholic beverages (free of charge, of course). After that there was a very exciting excursion by rural outskirts vith beatiful views and interesting places.

The property and surroundings are magnificent and immaculately maintained. Quiet environment, surrounded with nature - perfect for relaxation. No industry nor traffic noises - only birds :)

Mosquitoes - they were active at certain time only, though..
