La preocupación y cordialidad de su personal, la flexibilidad de acceso, la cercanía a los puntos de interés, la interacción con los demás pasajeros en los espacios comunes.
por la razón del viaje, teníamos mucho equipaje, nos hubiera gustado un poco mas de espacio en la habitación, pero igual nos acomodamos bien.

Muy atentos el personal y sus dueños, limpieza , desayuno bueno, ubicación , habitación amplia
Falta mantencion en el baño , habitación con el aire acondicionado malo, pasamos un poco de frío , el valor es un poco alto para el nivel del hotel, tiene espacios bonitos , pero se nota que tiene años , quizás mejorar eso

El primer día el agua caliente de la ducha no funcionó y me bañé con agua casi helada, realice el reclamo y me dijeron que el hotel estaba lleno y por eso pasaba eso, lo cual me pareció una falta de respeto
Agua fría de ducha y se escucha el ruido exterior y dé habitaciones
