The staff was very polite. It had clean towels and warm water upon arrival 👍
They don't have lockers in case someone wants to lock something inside.
Also the bathroom door wasn't able to fully close, let alone lock... So the privacy in the toilet could be better

I really liked the helpful host woman that checked me in! She was great. The rooms were fine.
The elevator was broken and I was on the 4th floor. I didn't mind though. The shower was just okay.

Good location, the heating was OK (December).
The days were rainy and the water was entering in the room. Poor communication with the management. Also there were ants in the room.
