Villa Oltremare

Casă perfectă pentru grupul nostru de 9 persoane , situată relativ aproape de cele mai frumoase plaje din Salento,, cu toate cele necesare pentru a avea o vacanță frumoasă.

Sunt doar sugestii: îmbunătățirea wifi ului, câteodată trebuia să urci pe terasa casei pentru a avea o conexiune decentă , bucătăria curățată cu mai multă atenție și bidoane mari pentru colectarea corectă a deșeurilor .

The villa is large and comfortable, especially for a bigger group. It offers plenty of space, so everyone can feel comfortable during the stay. A big advantage is that each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is very convenient when travelling with several people. The terrace is also spacious and a nice place to spend time together, although there were quite a lot of ants there, as well as around the whole villa. Overall, the villa is a good option for larger groups because of its size, layout and the convenience of private bathrooms for each bedroom.

Here’s what we didn’t like about the villa: The kitchen equipment was really not great. Considering that larger groups stay at this villa and many people would likely cook their own meals, the kitchen utensils and supplies could definitely be updated. This is especially important because there are not many dining options nearby. Some of the photos also did not fully match reality. The access to the sea looked different from what was shown in the pictures. There was no pier or proper seaside area as expected — only concrete and rocks. From the photos, the villa looked more renovated and fresh, but in reality we noticed a damp smell, and some areas felt quite worn. Some of the bathrooms showed clear signs of use and age. The shower cabin and washing machine also seemed quite old and heavily used. Overall, the villa has potential, but several things should be improved to make the stay more comfortable and to better match the expectations created by the photos.

Prostorna vila, zelo lepa terasa, skoraj vsaka spalnica ima svojo kopalnico (3 kopalnice). Veliko zelenja in dišečih grmov okoli hiše. Upravljalec hiše nam je naknadno prijazno prinesel dodatno otroško posteljico.

Po večini nam je bilo vse super, samo posoda in pribor so bili nekoliko umazani, zato smo vse umili pred prvo uporabo. Na srečo nam je to olajšal pomivalni stroj.

Piękny dom, nad samym morzem. Widok z tarasu przepiękny. Miejsce w spokojnej okolicy z parkingem. W środku wszystko co potrzeba do komfortowego pobytu , kuchnia, zmywarka, piekarnik, grill. Miejscówka w odległości ok 20 km od Gallipoli.
