Struttura bellissima. L’appartamento è particolare e molto grazioso con cucina e soggiorno, bagno e due stanze da letto. Dalla camera è possibile accedere ad un enorme terrazzo. Nel piano sotto è disponibile anche la zona lavanderia. Parcheggio interno. Zona tranquilla molto vicina al mare di Balestrate e agli imbocchi autostradali. Non si poteva chiedere di più.

Struttura bellissima, super curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Nella casa c’è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. É vicinissima alle spiagge e allo stesso tempo all’autostrada per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse. Giulia e la sua famiglia sono persone splendide, veramente accoglienti. Addirittura ci ha fornito un file con dei consigli su cosa visitare.

Sehr ruhig und entspannt. Nette Vermieter.
Die Ausfahrt mit dem Auto ist schlecht,da kein Spiegel gegenüber der Straße ist kann man nicht gut sehen ob Autos vorbeifahren oder nicht.

Gefallen hat uns das die Wohnung sehr sauber war und alles reibungslos funktioniert hat die Vermieterin war immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal in der Villa velez!! Sehr schön und Familien freundlich
Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat !!!
