We loved our stay here. The owner was also very friendly and helpful. The appartment was ideally located in a lovely little village with all the facilities a family needs. There was also a lovely restaurant right next door. The golf course and supermarket are within walking distance. The appartment was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking space.

Spacious, modern apartment - only a short drive to a number of ski areas

The apartment was a good size for our group, newly furnished. The showers were great, bathrooms spacious and beds comfortable. We enjoyed having the outdoor table and chairs to sit out when the sun was shining, It was very convenient to park right outside, and the SPAR supermarket was only a 5 minute walk away. There is a restaurant right next door, where we had a good meal, plus others in walking distance of the apartment. The ski boot room is well equipped with warmers, and we were able to use the laundry facilities.

We had to ask for some extra glasses and mugs but these were quickly delivered. An extra chair in the bedroom would be helpful, there is just the one stool. These are very minor points, the apartment was lovely.

Great apartment .

Host was there to meet us and was really welcoming. Showed us where all the extra things were kept...like blankets and seat pads for chairs on the balcony....and showed us where the washing machine etc was. I felt I could ring him and ask if i needed anything else, which I didn't, but I knew he wouldn't have minded being bothered if I had. Really helpful telling us on the map the places to go for skiing. Gave other useful information. Apartment clean and functional and had helpful things like salt/ pepper/ sugar, drying and washing up cloths, wash up liquid, hand soap etc Lots of clean linen amd towels if we needed more. Great location and some lovely restaurants in the town. Good room for skiis and heated boot dryers. Fab place!

Could do with a few more mugs so we didn't have to wash them up each time. And a few small tumbler glasses . The coffee machine was a bit complicated too Otherwise, perfect.

Comfortable, modern and spacious appartment

The appartment was very comfortable, modern, clean and warm (the underfloor heating did a great job!). The hosts were very hospitable and helpful - they let an extra (previously unplanned) person stay in our 2-person 1 bedroom appartment free of charge on a very short notice and provided a thick single-bed size materace to sleep on. The appartment was spacious enough for the materace to fit in the living/dining room and thanks to the underfloor heating it was very comfy to sleep on. The bathroom was sparkling clean and it was the biggest one I've ever had in Zillertal which gave a pleasant feeling of the host not trying to squeeze in everything in the least number of square meters. The kitchen annex of the living/dining room was very well equipped with everything you might need and there was also enough space there to eat and rest. There was a perfect skiroom in the basement with heated ski boots dryer. The parking was big enough and very easy to drive in and out. The location is a few hundred meters from the main Zillertal road, a few minute drive to Kaltenbach, ~12 min. to Zillertal Arena, ~20 min. to Horgbergbahn (Mountopolis) and ~45 min. to Hintertux (which is the best option for very warm days). Spieljoch is similar distance to Kaltenbach, but we don't ski there (it's too small).

Everything was perfect. I think the coffee machine required some service program but I always take instant coffee for my skiing trips (I can do without a proper coffee for 1-2 weeks in a year) and didn't expect a coffee machine with a grinder so we didn't even bother the host to have a look.

Very spacious and large apartmennt, everything is new, modern an clean. A washing machine and two bathrooms are an important advantage for families and were very useful for us. The area is very beautiful and quiet and there is a restaurant just in the neighbor house. The location is also great and close to many attractions. We highly recommend.

Hidden gem in Uderns

Beautiful, like new appartement. We had the two person appartment, it had a fully equiped kitchen, nice and comfortable beds and a big bathroom. Just perfect!

Perfect stay

Very communicative host provided all information before the stay. Contactless check in was very fast just one call. Fully equipped apartments prepared for summer and winter stay. A lot of space nice and clean. Enough parking space and good working WiFi. Clean and quiet place. If you want to ask host about local area he could provide a lot of information just ask. And very important for us we were welcomed with our dogs.

Polecam, nowy bardzo fajny apartament!

Duży, nowy apartament z trzema sypialniami (prawie identycznymi) - duża szafa, wygodne łóżko, szafki nocne. Dwie łazienki. Duża wyposażona kuchnia, salon z dużą kanapą i stołem dla 7 osób max. Jest ekspres do kawy, duża lodówka, zmywarka, mikrofala, ręczniki można sobie samemu wymienić, jest suszarnia, pralnia. Apartament na parterze z tarasem (ale od parkingu, nie ma prywatności). Cisza dookoła. Restauracja po sąsiedzku - trzeba robić rezerwacje.

Schönes Apartment

Es hat alles Super geklappt mit der Schlüsselübergabe. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einen Skikeller mit Trockner Gürtel die Schuhe gibt es.. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt einen Kaffeevollautomat für ganze Bohnen. Der eigene Parkplatz idt direkt vor dem Haus.

Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte bei dem Glockenläuten wach werden, da eine Kirche in der Nähe ist. Uns hat dieses nicht gestört.

Spokojny wypoczynek na uboczu.

Lokalizacja na uboczu, koło pola, gdzie można było pójść z psami na spacer, blisko las. Mieszkanie przestronne, na dole suszarnia na narty, na plus różnokolorowe ręczniki (nie myliło się przy kilku osobach). Ekspres do kawy na ziarenka. Blisko bezobsługowy sklep rolnika (wchodzisz, bierzesz co potrzebujesz, wpisujesz do zeszytu i zostawiasz kasę), gdzie były podstawowe produkty jak mleko, jogurty, jajka, chleb, miód, blisko też do SPARa. Niedroga i dobra knajpa w budynku obok.
