Welcome to La Casa de Alpaca.

Our home is located in the beautiful Rivermark community of Santa Clara.

Our home consists of 2 bed / 2 bath, is located on the top floor, with access to a pool, hot tub, gym, and yoga room.

We do offer an eco-friendly homemade laundry detergent for use during your stay, which I personally use at home and does a great job. Use the same amount as you would with traditional liquid laundry detergents. Also please do not discard the bottle so we can refill for other guests.

Our home is located in the beautiful Rivermark community of Santa Clara.

Appreciate the cleanliness of the property. Kitchen is well stocked. We have kids but they did not come on this weekend trip. I would stay here again with our kids as well, came with games, toys pack and play as well as a high chair. Easy walk to the 49ers game and the dedicated parking spots are awesome.

The pool was wonderful! Felt very safe there. We only used the master bedroom and the mattress was perfect. Some things that would’ve made it better were better window, coverings, and reverse osmosis water, or even a Britta Filter Pitcher.

Great location near several expressways. Love the secure parking garage with assigned spaces ! Plenty of room with 2 beds / 2 baths and lots of living space besides. Came stocked with everything we needed (note: we didn't cook on this stay, but the kitchen was well-outfitted with pots/pans/utensils. Safeway just down the street in a plaza with a few take-out places as well. Will definitely stay again when we visit our son. Directions/communication with host were very good.

Our second stay, and nothing has changed. Spotless, spacious, and comfortable condo. Good water pressure, a/c, and washer/dryer made for an excellent stay. We will be back.

This condo was very nice. We did have an issue with the A/C. We contacted the owner & he was immediately on top of it. It was difficult to get repaired as it was a holiday weekend but the owner kept us apprised every step of the way & did his best to get the situation rectified. We also loved the pool & the fitness room. Very nice place to stay at.

This condo has a large living room and well equipped kitchen. The buildings are not new, but this unit has been renovated. Hosts provided very detailed info on how to navigate the maze of hallways and codes needed to get in. Very clean and comfortable place. Convenient to tech companies in San Jose. Nice neighborhood to walk around, and close to Safeway too.

We are a "senior" couple who enjoyed two weeks at Casa de Alpaca. We were visiting relatives in the Bay area and had two additional relatives stay with us for several days in the condo. The location is great. We enjoyed walking through the many nice streets in the Rivermark neighborhood. There is good shopping and many fine restaurants not far from the condo. It was easy to park in the garage and to drive to wherever we needed to go in the East Bay. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to use the pool area but it looked very nice. Casa de Alpaca was well described and we were comfortable and felt safe during our stay.

The property is just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, modern. We enjoyed our stay once we got in. The issue was that Ivan did not send check in instructions, and it took a while (with us waiting in the hallway on the phone with VRBO) to gain access. No problems other than that.

The condo was a perfect place to stay if you are going to a 49ers game. The are 2 bedrooms with a split floorplan so allows for privacy. It was very clean and included all of the basic necessities for the kitchen. Parking in the garage was easy and everything felt very secure.

A very spacious and well-equipped property. Beds and water pressure were excellent. Well lit, with plenty of windows and even a small balcony. Secure parking and entry. The location is close to both 101 and 17, although those wishing to spend most of their time in Los Gatos/Saratoga might want something a bit closer. We will definitely return.

Family of 4 adults (2 couples) stayed here and we loved it! The communication, check-in, ease and quickness of getting questions answered -- all excellent. The layout is great with 2 queen bedrooms and 2 baths (loved the 2 sinks in the master bath!) and a spacious kitchen/living area with elevated dining table, comfy couch and chair, desk, good TV and laundry. Even a patio off the living room with table and chairs. Spotless! Super soft sheets! Closet in master is large and has an iron and ironing board. We were here for an event at Santa Clara University and it is a straight shot, about 5 miles, down Lafayette. The pool is on the 2nd level and is lovely with lots of seating and patios. It was hot as blazes when we were here and we appreciated the AC and garage parking (space for 2 cars). It's a large complex and the owner's instructions for accessing the garage and unit were super helpful for the easiest, shortest access to the unit; if you follow them, you'll avoid circumnavigating the whole 4th floor! :) Really great stay -- thank you!

The property was perfect for our family-two adults, two kids. We loved the access to the pool and appreciated having pool towels available. The location was super close to the airport and it was easy to get to the freeways to explore the area. We would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect for our event at Levi stadium. The condo was well stocked with all necessities and the rooms were comfortable. The entire condo was very clean. I would say that the pool was less than desirable (cold and dirty). The elevators to our floor could use a good scrub, but I assume they have a LOT of traffic.

Was a clean and quiet lace with lots of room. Gave a 4 stars only because their boiler apparently broke down and we had no hot water for the last two days. Ivan immediately communicated the issue and kept us posted.

My trip to San Jose was both for leisure and work. This rental was perfect walking distance to the 49ers stadium and could drive to most areas of bay area within 30-40 minutes (not including heavy traffic hours). The condo was clean and what was expected. Gated parking area a definite plus. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved this condo! All quality linens and bath towels plus a washer & dryer if needed. Keurig pods were provided plus a tea kettle & an array of teas. Easy walking distance to a Safeway and a good neighborhood for walking. Covered/gated parking as well as an assigned space. Excellent experience!

Super condo in Santa Clara!

Super condo in Santa Clara!

This condo is very clean, bright, and spacious. It has everything you need: modern appliances, a modern kitchen, and two modern bathrooms. The bedrooms are a good size. There is an elevator straight from the VERY secure inside garage (the garage is gated and has fencing from the ground all the way to the ceiling). The owner is quick to respond, and has very clear directions for finding the unit and for checking out. The condo is in a building which is located in a good area which is close to all local sights of interest (don't miss the Winchester Mystery Mansion tour, both the regular and the behind-the-scenes one), and is within easy reach of everything San Francisco has to offer. My family and I enjoyed our stay and are sure you will too!

The owner is very responsive and even went out of his way for us due to our flight. The description is accurate and the property is clean. Would recommend you follow the instructions on getting to the condo - take elevator 4 (we didn't and had a nice tour of the property...lol) If we come back, will definitely try to check in again.
