olcsó, de némi kötöttséggel kell fogadni, 1-1 éjszakára, átutazóknak ajánaható
városközpontban van, tiszta szoba, a klíma kivételével jól felszerelt, free wifi, barátságos házigazda
a szállás előtt csak fizetős parkoló van, a szobában nincs klíma, a belső szobának nincs természetes megvilágítása csak a nappaliba nyílik az ablaka; a nappali egy kirakat ablakkal nyílik közvetlen az utcára, (gondolom a szállás régen egy üzlet volt) így egy sötétítő függöny van állandóan behúzva hogy ne lehessen belátni, és így a szellőztetés is problémás mert az utca zaja és a forgalom füstje is bemegy a szobába, ami így klímaberendezés nélkül elég problémás dolog

Die Parksituation war nicht ideal, denn man muss auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen parken und ständig nachzahlen. Außerdem war der Schlafplatz in der Wohnküche für mich etwas zu laut, was vermutlich auch an einer Baustelle lag, wegen der mehr Verkehr direkt am Haus vorbei geleitet wurde.

Hervorragend, tolle Ferienwohnung und bin ich wieder mal in Mayen buche ich definitiv wieder hier
Hervorragend, tolle Ferienwohnung Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war super und durch Telefonnummern alles abgesichert falls etwas nicht geklappt hätte. Die Ferienwohnung hat ein sehr angenehmes Ambiente, suuuuper sauber, top Lage, City und auch der Besuch eines Freundes im Krankenhaus war fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Als ich kurze Hilfe, beim Einstellen des Fernsehers, benötigte war in 2 Minuten jemand vor Ort und hat mir schnell und sehr nett geholfen. Bin früher schon aus meinen Heimatort Siegen oft hier vor Ort gewesen (allerdings die Wohnung oben und nicht unten) Es war wie immer tippi toppi sauber und sollte ich wieder vorbeikommen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder in eine dieser Ferienwohnung.
Mayen an sich ist leider nicht mehr das was es früher mal war, aber das Problem haben wohl viele Städte die alle Geld brauchen und wie hier bis in die hinterste Ecke Packgebühren verlangen, so viele Touristen wird es dort sicherlich gar nicht geben, außer natürlich zum Lukasmarkt! Hier kann der Vermieter aber nichts für !!!!
