Minor niggles, generally very good!

The physical check in experience at the main hotel next door was great. Plentiful secure parking was appreciated. The room was very clean, quiet, had everything needed.

Probably not the direct fault of the hotel but the check-in machine screen didn't work - so it was a bit more lugborious than it could have been, to gain entry to the hotel itself, until I realised that the door code was on the invoice given to me at the reception desk next door ... Both the coffee and snack machines needed Euro coins - no credit / debit card option ... not ideal in these days! Both pretty minor in the grand scheme of things though.

Budget allright!

Confusing check-in experience where one needs to figure-out that they must check-in at Ibis hotel (next door building) and not the budget one. Then, comes 3 codes to remember (Big gate, building door and room door). Room was small with neon like lights that took a minute to turn on. Window that could not be open due to "security reasons". My sink's tap had no water. Reception explained that there should have been a "memo" and they apologize. But problem could not be solved, so I had to use shower hose to brush my teeth.

The vehicle gate didn’t open properly with the code and we had to go in and ask for help. It was a minor incident though and was resolved by the night staff.

What did you like? The hotel and the room were clean and exactly as described and shown in the photos. There was safe private parking, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Assistance in the nearby IBIS to check in as the computer was not working at the location.

Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, shower is very good in fact the best thing in the room.

First time staying at ibis and I was disappointed that there was no proper breakfast area and that half an hour before it finished pretty much run out of everything. All in all we've got what we paid for.

Clean, location wise is great - close to petrol station, in front of Action and many others business entities.

Like the sister hotel in Nancy, the electricity plug is only at one side of the bed. Not ideal for those in double occupancy. The pillow is too soft and small

You can hear everything from the other room which is OK but if it is intimate activity it is really uncomfortable specially I am with my daughter 😂
