The apartment has a great view to harbor. The facility is quite new and with Nordic design.

Ultimate Henningsvaer base

Located just next to Henningsvaer central. The location couldn't be any better. Next door to a fish-restaurant Fiskekrogen which is also where you pick up the keycode to the door (electronical lock). The restaurant doesn't serve breakfast but there are a few bakeries just down the street as well as a supermarket. We did our own breakfast and dinners which is easy with a well equipped kitchen. The apartment was really big with a big living room and combined kitchen. Two bedrooms and a bathroom. You could easily fit a family of four in the apartment.

Like in most villages in Lofoten, parking is tough. There is a 3-car private parking available but it's not enough for all quests so the staff said you can park next to the restaurant entrance as well as long as you leave room for people to pass by. We managed to get our car parked well so not a real issue but the space is tight. Some furniture is a bit outdated. The kitchen table had one leg which was loose and few of the chairs had the same issue. Still, not a big issue and we fully enjoyed our stay. There was supposed to be a wifi, but there was no such thing available. No wifi existed with the name they provided. We checked with 3 different devices and even tried to connect directly if it was just hidden. Maybe the router had crashed or something. We didn't bother calling the staff about this since we could just use our mobile data without extra charges.

This was the best place we've stayed. The view was amazing. The restaurant next door is the best in town. The apartment was totally updated with every amenity. Everything was well thought out with a very easy to find sheet telling us to the internet password and other information. location is amazing, right in the middle of town but feels private and has fantastic views period.

I wish I could stay there for a lot scared I didn't like that I had to leave.

Nice cabin in an amazing location

Henningsvaer is an amazing village and the cabin is located in the heart of it! The cabin is big enough for a family of four and the hosts (in fact th epeople working and the restaurant besides) were very very nice!

The cabin is not very well equiped (no washing machine, cooking corner not very usefull, uncomfortable dining table, upper beds not very comfortable).

Fiskekrogen Rorbuer is a perfect base for a successful stay in Henningsvær and Lofoten!

This "rorbu" (=fishermans cabin, renovated for modern use) was located in the very middle of Henningsvær. We used this as a base for our stay in Lofoten. The host, Leif, was extremely service minded and met all our expectations. In addition, he was often around when we left and when we returned, so we could ask him for advice or help at any time. Fiskekrogen was an important piece of a very successful Lofoten-trip!

Maison agréable malgré quelques points négatifs

La maison était très jolie. Bien placée et bonne literie. Nous avons récupéré les clés au restaurant d'à côté.

Manque d'explication sur l utilisation des appareils électroménagers : il fallait tourner un bouton sur le robinet de l'évier pour mettre en route le lave-vaisselle et nous ne le savions pas. Aucune notice pour mettre le chauffage dans la salle de bains. 1 poêle et 2 casseroles c' est un peu juste pour cuisiner ... 1 seul torchon dans la cuisine. Aucune consignes pour le départ à 11h. Le restaurant étant fermé nous avons laissé les clés dans la maison et sommes partis sans fermer.

L'apartament era meravellós, amb una decoració bonica. Tot molt nou. Tenia dues habitacions, menjador cuina i WC complet. A més, tenia dos espais de terrassa amb cadires i taula.

La neteja era insuficient. El pàrquing era molt limitat. Nosaltres vam anar al juliol i la calor a la caseta era bestial, dormíem amb les finestres obertes i ni així podíem.

Badet. Sluket var nærmest tett og vannet rant veldig sent unna. I mellomtiden fløt vannet ut på gulvet på hele badet. Når det omsider hadde rent ned i sluket, benyttet vi en nal for å sope inn restvannet.

Utsikten var nydelig. Sentralt, kort vei til alt.

Var stygg lukt i hele rorbuen. Fikk ikke den bort til tross for jevnlig lufting. Savnet mulighet å dra for vinduer i front. Mye innsyn. Var veldig kaldt i rorbuen ved ankomst. Ble ikke skikkelig varmt før dag 2.
