Pier Terrace, one of many listed buildings within the historic harbour area of West Bay, enjoys a stunning location on the UNESCO World Heritage designated Jurassic Coast. 'Jurassic View', our cosy top-floor harbourside apartment offers beautiful sea and coastal views from every window. Just a short stroll from the beach and within easy reach of local shops, pubs and restaurants, the apartment is ideally situated for a relaxing stay in this breathtakingly scenic part of Dorset.
Steve and April offer you a warm welcome to 'Jurassic View'. The apartment comprises an entrance hall, lounge, kitchen/diner, double bedroom and bathroom with central heating throughout. All rooms have a sea view. There is a phone entry security system located in the hall. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob with extractor hood over, microwave oven and integrated fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The bathroom has a thermostatic shower over the bath, fed by a pressurised water system. The bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. There is a TV and audio system in the lounge, with free unlimited wireless internet throughout the apartment. Prices include all linen, towels and electricity.. Guests can make use of the spacious private lawn in front of the building. This area is shared with the other residents of Pier Terrace. Lightweight folding seats are available, if required. Immediately beyond the lawn, opposite the Bridport Arms Hotel, are free parking spaces reserved for residents of Pier Terrace on a first-come, first-served basis. You can reach the beach, shop and pub within 1 minute. Unfortunately this property is unsuitable for children.
