Villa Elia

Schön allein gelegen, ruhig, uneinsehbar und doch nahe am Dorf. Die Ausstattung ist großartig, alles was man im Haushalt benötigt ist vorhanden (Mikrowelle, 2 Kaffeemaschinen (Filter und Kapsel), Toaster, Plattengrill, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank in ausreichender Größe). Eine Klimaanlage gibt es in jedem Zimmer und auch im Wohnbereich/Küche. Optimal sind auch die Insektenschutzgitter bei jedem Fenster bzw. bei der Haustür. Ein sehr schönes Badezimmer mit einer großen Doppeldusche hat man auch nicht so oft. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Der Garten und der Pool mit unterschiedlichen Wassertiefen sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Es gibt 4 Sonnenliegen und auch 4 Liegen im Schattenbereich, sowie eine Gartendusche. Ein Terrassentisch mit 4 Sesseln für ein Frühstück oder Abendessen in Freien, ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Den Müll haben wir immer in einem nahegelegenen Container entsorgt. Die Vermieter, Maria und Xenophon sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeber. Sie haben uns in der Villa mit Essen und Getränken empfangen und verabschiedeten uns mit einem Abschiedsgeschenk. Sehr schnelle Antwort auf alle Fragen und gute Kommunikation ab dem Zeitpunkt, als wir die Villa gebucht haben. Alles in allem ist die Villa sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einzig der Geschirrspüler ist etwas zu klein geraten, war für uns aber kein Problem, schließlich kann man ja auch noch mit der Hand abwaschen.

Lovely relaxing two weeks in Villa Elia in April/May 2025. The villa is clean and well-equipped with private parking for two cars, a beautiful garden and pool. There are a couple of chairs and table by the front door, an outside dining table and chairs, and sun loungers by the pool in the sun or the shade. The pool has a shallow area, which would be good for children. The villa is very private in a quiet area, a short pleasant walk into the small town of Pitsidia where there are plenty of good places to eat, supermarkets, a pharmacy and a bakery. There are lots of good walks from the villa to Sivas, Kalamaki, Komos beach and (a bit further) Matala. Maria and Xenophon are excellent hosts. They welcomed us to the villa with gifts of food and drink, and came to say goodbye with a leaving gift. Very quick response to any questions and good communication from the time we booked the villa. We would not hesitate to return to Villa Elia.

Der Garten und der Pool sind wunderschön und bieten immer eine Schattenmöglichkeit. Die Privatsphäre ist weiteres Highlight. Die Ausstattung ist großartig, es ist für alles gesorgt.

This villa is a wonderful oasis of a place in a quiet location but within walking distance of everything you need (shops, tavernas etc) and within easy reach of some great beaches. The villa is spotlessly clean and comfortable with air conditioning in each room. The centre of the experience for us was the garden, an inviting pool surrounded by lemon trees, pepper plants and much more. This plus a shaded lounging area, barbecue and seating area made us feel like we didn’t need to go anywhere. Maria and Xenophon welcomed us to the villa with a basket of local treats and came to see us before we left too. Maria was on hand to answer any queries and replied very quickly if we needed to get in touch. We felt the pictures didn’t do the place justice, it’s even nicer in real life!
