Accoglienza cordiale. Posizione ottima, vicinissima al mare, al centro e alle città vicine, tutte molto carine. Camera insonorizzata dall'esterno. Minibar. Sgabelli (provvidenziali).
Se devo trovare un piccolo difetto, è la mancanza di scuri alle finestre sia per sicurezza, sia per la luce. In questo caso per me le tende oscuranti lasciavano filtrare troppa luce, ma ho risolto con una maschera per gli occhi che porto sempre con me.

Lage sehr gut. Marktstrasse: wegen Markt war am Dienstag das Auto weg (abgeschleppt). Beschilderung in italienisch zu wenig beachtet!
Porto Sant'Elpidio hat schöne belebte Klein- Stadt mit km-langem Strand. Essen in Strandrestaurants ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Zimmer mit nur dürftigem Frühstück. Bon für Frühstück in Restaurant war nur für 1 Kaffee mit Gipfeli gültig. Saft und zusätzlicher Kaffee musste vor Ort selber bezahlt werden.
