Both the location and the room were amazing. The room was very spacious, and the fully equipped kitchen was excellent. We stayed on the ground floor, and having a balcony opening directly to the garden felt absolutely wonderful. Enjoying a cup of coffee on this garden balcony, accompanied by the quiet atmosphere of the town, was a truly unique experience.

There was nothing negative to mention.

the apt. is modern and clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped but lacking basic things like oil, salt, sugar, pepper. the place is quite and safe, there is a laundry machine for free use and free parking

the sofa in the living room is too small and can't fit 2 people, there is no soap and shampoo in the bathroom, the hosts don't speak english and communicated with us only via whatsapp

Easy check-in and -out (pick-up key in locker) Very nice modern groundlevel apartment with little terras in a nice neighborhood. Everything you need for a stay is available, with dishwasher and stove and oven. Equipment is complete and new. Good beds Bedding, towels and tea towels available Wifi is good. Parking next to the apartment. Supermarket and bakery nearby Good base to stay for trips to the black forest or Europa-Park I highly recommend this apartment

Nature and calm!

The location is amazing and the balcony has a wonderful view! Well equipped kitchen and calm neighborhood. The apartment is near many beautiful trails in the Schwarzwald.

The bed blankets were thin and small. I felt a little bit of cold at night, although I turned on the heating. But everything else was good!

It was a really nice and luxery appartement with a lot of space and a nice balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the facilities were great (dishwasher, large refrigerator/fridge and an electric hob).

Great stay, responsive host and recommend this place

Great host and great location. The apartment was quite, felt very private indoors and clean.

An extra bed. The Sofa bed was not comfortable. We came with two big luggages and was not easy carrying them from the car park, all the way to the room. An elevator would have made us sweat a bit less :). This could be added to the description of the property. but this is not a derailer.

Propriétaires réactifs, vue sur les montagnes, appartement propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons dormi là-bas pendant les marchés de noël. Des places sont dispo juste dans la rue de l’appartement.

Perfecto para nuestro viaje

Alojamiento en un pueblo tranquilo, bien situado para ir de ruta en coche por la selva negra. Muy cerca de una gasolinera y varios supermercados. Amplio con cocina equipada con nevera congelador vitroceramica y horno, tiene lavavajillas microondas. Dispone de lavadora común fuera del apartamento en la planta inferior. Baño con bañera bien y limpio. Habitación amplia y grandes armarios. Anfitrión muy correcto, nos explicó todo por WhatsApp para el checkin y tiene una carpeta con toda la información de la zona y actividades.

Sofá cama un poco incómodo y pequeño para 2 personas.

Appartement bien équipé et entretenu, propre et fonctionnel! Belle vue vers les collines depuis le balcon! Nous aurions bien aimé un ventilateur et un aspirateur. Pour se garer pas de problème, soit dans une des trois places disponibles, sinon dans la rue sans souci.

Toller Aufenthalt - wir sind sogar Wiederholungstäter gewesen

Wir waren bereits ein zweites Mal in genau diesem Apartment. Das sagt wohl alles. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist angenehm, kompetent und unkompliziert. Das Apartment selbst mit seiner kleinen Terrasse ist wunderbar, die Einrichtung ist nicht überladen, dabei modern, komplett und ausreichend für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Auch ich mit kleinem Sohn kam bestens klar. Alle Räume sind blitzsauber und dufteten frisch gelüftet. Die komplett ausgestattete Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Wenn man seine kleine Grundausstattung, wie Gewürze und Öle, Haushaltspapiere dabei hat, kann man sogar auch richtig kochen- vorausgesetzt man möchte es! Der Ort bietet wunderschöne Lokale mit guten Preisen. So what, wenn kein Salz vorgehalten wird?

Einzig wünsche ich mir jedesmal etwas mehr Blick über das örtliche Geschehen oder in die Natur. Aber wir sind ja alle nicht im schönen Seelbach, um nur im Apartment zu sitzen? Also auch verschmerzbar, sonst wären wir nicht zum zweiten Mal hier!

Fast perfekt in Organisation und Ausstattung - empfehlenswert.

Ruhige Lage in Wohnviertel, zentral gelegen, um auf 3 Plätzen Golf zu spielen oder Baden zu erkunden. Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und in allem ausreichend, alles sehr sauber. Organisation perfekt. Supermarkt 2 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. WLAN schnell und immer bereit!

Man findet natürlich immer auch (kleine) Kritikpunkte, meist individueller Natur: die Dusche ließ sich nicht in der Höhe verstellen, für meinen Mann war es ok, über mich ging der Strahl hinweg. Lederimitat-Sofas sind im Sommer nicht jedesmenschs Sache, zumal das Ecksofa so stand, dass man sich beim Fernsehschauen nicht anlehnen konnte. Es gabe keine Schüssel und kein Salatbesteck. Das sind aber wirklich Kleinigkeiten...

Uns hat es gefallen

Uns hat es gefallen, daß die Wohnung in Paterre liegt. Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich sehr schön. Die Betten bequem und unheimlich viel Platz für Kleidung und andere Dingen. Aber ganz besonders wir die himmlische Ruhe. Leider haben wir den Vermieter nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber die Kommenikation per SMS war hervorragend und sehr freundlich.
