W apartamencie kaloryfery słabo grzały, albo wcale, gdzie było zimno. Na dworze było cieplej niż w pomieszczeniu. Mało miejsc na grilowanie przy dużej liczbie osób. Było napisane apartament i miejsce do grillowania na wyłączność a tak nie było.

Świetna lokalizacja, jezeli planuje się jazdę na Nowej Osadzie - dojście 10 min pieszo. Właścicielka bardzo przyjazna i pomocna.
