Odpowiedzialna i życzliwa właścicielka. Świetna lokalizacja, Nie udawany klimat lat 50-tych XX w-lokalizacja, umeblowanie, wystrój. Spokojnie, cicho, w sercu W-wy. Przed budynkiem ogólnodostepne miejsca parkingowe

Mieszkanko oddające klimat dawnych czasów. Jakby się wpadło z wizytą do prababci. Lokalizacja świetna. Dojazd łatwy. Żelazko, deska, pralka, suszarka - chociaż miejsca raczej niewiele.
Niestety przydałoby się, żeby właściciel popracował nad jakością usługi. Zdecydowanie trzeba porządnie sprzątnąć kuchnię. Pozbyć się pleśni w łazience. I zapanować nad zapachem. Stęchła pościel i ręczniki nie nastrajają optymistycznie. Może woreczki z lawendą? Również do szafy. Niestety te mankamenty i ich ilość nie nadają się do pozytywnej opinii. Ale to myślę kwestia chęci. Potencjał jest.
