La vue du front de mer, la possibilité de se balader sans voiture sur le front de mer (non applicable en temps de pluie) appartement idéale pour l'été.
manque de casseroles, robinetterie défectueuse, en temps de pluie inondation dans l'appartement, toilette trop basse pour une personne handicapée. ne convient pas à une personne handicapée comme je l'avais demandée.
