    The location of the hotel is fantastic. We gave the facilities less stars as the pool was poorly managed . Agoda needs to improve options for the room selection, as they did not provide recommendations for a bigger family. The beds are smaller and does not really fit a parent and a child. The staff on the premises are very attentive and accommodating.

    1. Location - not the most strategic. But acceptable walking distance. 2. Room - quite run down, especially certain area of the room floor sound chippy when step on it. Room ambience and brightness are extremely dim and glommy. 3. Cleaning staff - cleaner that on duty is very helpful and attentive during my entire stay from 26/5/2026 -29/5/2026 at level 37. I hope the hotel acknowledge to this cleaner. 4. Buffet - the food variation are moderate, taste extremely normal and not skill cooking. I quite disappointed at this part.

    I was alone having my breakfast at a table for 2 designated by the staff. While I was eating, a man came and said if the other seat at my table was occupied and if he could sit down for breakfast. I was shocked. After a few seconds, I said it was not occupied but this table was for me. He left and continued asking around if he could sit at other empty seat at other tables. I let the staff know when I left the restaurant. The staff didn’t know how to respond and appeared to be shocked. I then took the lift back to my room. This was the most uncomfortable moment ever in my experience with hotels around the world. That said, the hotel location is good and all other staff are helpful and nice.

    We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Early check-in was allowed, which gave us a good rest after our flight. The location is excellent, and the room was spacious with a nice view. The staff were warm and helpful. One staff member, Andy Chang, stood out for his enthusiasm and assistance with our parcels and enquiries. Even after checkout, when we returned to collect our luggage, he recognized us and greeted us warmly while helping us. His attentiveness made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended.
