Magnificent view from the balcony, the warm comfy bed and thick blanket, plush towels and the hospitality from the owner. A special mention to the kind lady who assisted me throughout my stay, though we didn't really understand each other 😃.
The absence of hot shower, was told that it would be furnished. Didn't bother me much as the was hot water from the sink.
I would repeat visit here if I could!

Very convenient place. The main street is about 10 min walking downhill. The room we stayed in has an amazing view of mount Kazbek from the balcony and the bed and temperature were also good to sleep profoundly. It's worth talking to the host (Luka) about transfer options to the main spots.
We were very happy with the place, so this message is only for those who expect to find high end commodities and complain when they're not fulfilled: there might be electricity and water cuts (the latter sometimes due to the amount of tourists in the area in the high season) and other issues that go with country life. That's not the fault of the host, so try to be conscious and think about it before writing your reviews.

The breakfast served was absolutely delicious.
Truly grateful to Luka for taking my friend and I around Kazbegi. We enjoyed his company and conversation throughout the tour. The view was superb!
