Close to the airport. Airport shuttle.

Stiff mattress. Staff didn’t seem to show willingness to help with requests. They did help, but not very happily. The hallways were very echoey. Therefore, anyone walking by, or talking, was loud.

Rooms are very large and extremely clean. It is a decent hotel to stay overnight during long layover. The shuttle service(paid) was extremely efficient. They have a small cafe to get lunch/dinner.

It is a basic standard hotel, with no central a/c. The pictures of the property is a bit misleading. It is located on one side of a large road with most restaurants and convenience stores on the other. So crossing to other side is challenging. I would have still ignored all these things but cant because: I paid for a room with round trip transfer thru booking at middle of night. My flight was not until late night the next day. So, instead of checking out at 12 noon, I requested staying till 10 pm with extra payment. I understood I have to pay for another day. When I was using booking for another day, I was not paying for round trip again since I have already. The staff insisted that I will need to pay again bcos even if I didnt return to airport that offer ended when I was originally supposed to checkout. As a result, I paid for the room and airport transfer again directly to hotel. I took a loss but still would have been ok until I saw the staff writing on shuttle schedule my time of pickup and then PAID by Booking.com. So basically they used my original booking payment but also charged me for the shuttle thru next day’s payment. I told the staff but was too difficult to communicate with language difference. It is not about the extra THB 200 (I think) that was charged. It shows the way they do business.
