Nice view over the Harbour and sea. The apartment comes with its own parking spot in the garage. Even though the location is not really in the city center, there are plenty of restaurants near by.

The apartment could use some updating. The shower rail was very loose. It comes down down to that from 2 meter distance everything looks fine. But if you come closer you can clearly see some things need some attention of replacing.

Die Baustelle direkt vor der Tür. Und die klospülung war defekt, haben von uns aus das Wasser abgedreht. Vermieter bescheid gegeben, leider keine Antwort bekommen. Müll entsorgung, außerhalb der Wohnung leider nicht beschrieben, nur mit "5 Minuten entfernt" Haben denn Müll nach Vorschrift sortiert und in der Wohnung stehen gelassen.
