I really recommend this place. Was very clean, well equipped. Not too close and not too far from centrum, Lidl and Plodi

The host is very kind and loving. She tries her best to help with everything. There is a bit of a language barrier but that does not matter. I would recommend everyone to stay with this property and the host.

Willingness of Ana is wonderful. She was especially very nice to our children, our daughter wanted to speak to her a lot 🤣 She is happy to help in many ways. Apartment was clean and smells good 🙂 No so close to the beach but we know this. For nice beach is better to use car.

I would highly recommend. great location close to the sea and shops. Mrs. Anna and her husband warmly welcomed us at the beginning and helped in every possible way throughout the stay.

A very lovely house.

A very cosy and interesting house with several apartments. Each apartment has its own terrace and a swing ! Two lovely kittens warm your heart running up and down the vinyards. The area is very silent , yet not far from stores and restaurants. The bad was huge and I slept well. The blinders in the windows were there and it's rare here.

Maybe an extra blanket could be useful but we didn't ask in time.

Really friendly owners, who went out of their way to help us get back to the airport to retrieve a mobile phone we had left in the rental car! Comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom apartment - great for our family of 5. Simple kitchen with facilities to cook etc. Great location, close to Lorenzo's bike rental shop so convenient for starting our bike tour.

A nice and cool, home-like place to stay for a few days. Good location, if you go by car. Well equipped kitchen. Loved the friendly owners! We were welcomed by cake and beer.

Odpowiedzialność za zniszczony przez kogoś innego sprzęt (leżak )

Medulin jako miasteczko jest całkiem przyjaznym miejscem, dużo sklepów, plaża Bijeca w pobliżu, płytka i adekwatna dla najmłodszych.

Byłam na pobycie z dziećmi, jedno z nich uszkodziło jeden biały plastikowy leżak, czego absolutnie nie negowalam i byłam w stanie za niego zapłacić natomiast właścicielka stwierdziła że uszkodziliśmy az dwa, za które MUSIMY zapłacić. Mimo tłumaczenia że to nie moje dzieci uszkodziły drugi lezak, musiałam zapłacić za oba Bardzo niepoważne podejście, całymi dniami nie było nas praktycznie w apartamencie a leżaki były ogólnodostępne dla kilku lokacji. Jeśli na takich naiwnych Polakach dorabia się ten apartament to gratulacje, i mam nadzieję że kiedyś trafi się ktoś kto zareaguje mniej pokornie niż ja na takie oszustwo, kwota nie była duża natomiast chodzi o sam fakt. Mimo początkowo miłej atmosfery nie polecam, przez wzgląd na "naciąganie" na koszty których nie powinniśmy ponieść.

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen aber wir sind nur zum Schlafen untergekommen und dafür reicht es absolut aus. Das Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage was toll ist. Super flexibler Check-In. Preis-Leistung top

Le confort et la tranquillité

Appartement très confortable, climatisé, très propre et dans un quartier très calme ; deux supermarchés à proximité et le front de mer (marina, plages...) à 15-20 minutes à pied. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et toujours à l'écoute. Ce sera encore notre premier choix lors d'un prochain séjour à Medulin ! 😊
