Location and size of the room. The room was quiet, spacious and clean with a good kitchen. The staff (cleaner) was lovely and happy to provide additional towels and washing liquid when asked. Our 3 night stay was very comfortable.
The wi-fi router didn't work so we didn't get to use the wi-fi. We did not request a new one as we didn't have time and the staffed reception hours were limited.

The apartment was very spacious
The property could do with a fresh up, new beds etc. The complex did not have a pool.

Good Location and easy to get into.
The air conditioner kept turning off which was very annoying. Weren't offered two sets of keys as we had myself and another couple, so it made it hard to split the keys, so had to work out our, timing so we had someone to let us into the apartment.
