Great location, had all that’s needed.

The place is in a very good location, and it is very clean. I really liked the building because it is an old place that truly makes you feel like you are in Prague. If you don't mind climbing some stairs, it is a great place to stay. It is very quiet, and they have Netflix and other TV apps. The bathroom is incredible and very comfortable. The couch was also very comfortable. There are nice places around the property, such as cafés and restaurants. It is easy to reach by public transportation, and it is very close to the Old Town. I walked back at night and felt safe. I also had an incident during my stay, and the staff were very kind. They offered me the possibility of staying longer as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciated.

I didn't like that it wasn't clear to me that the beds were upstairs. I'm short, and I usually get dizzy when climbing ladders. The ladder was difficult for me to use, and as a result I had to sleep on the couch without sheets or a blanket. To be totally honest, the good thing is that the couch was very comfortable, and the temperature in the room was just perfect. There may have been a misunderstanding on my side because I may not have paid enough attention to the check-in form when they asked whether I wanted to sleep in the bed or on the couch. In the pictures, I thought the couch was actually a bed.

The apartment was really well equipped, clean, spacious and nice looking. The location was very good. The staff was nice. Comfortable bed.

The shower hose was leaking.

The location is good, and it was nice that they showed us a place to leave our luggage when we arrived.

The television wasn’t working and didn’t show any channels. The cables around the TV were exposed, and when we touched the TV, we experienced a small electric shock, so we didn’t touch it again. The water pressure is very inconsistent — when you turn on the hot water, the temperature keeps fluctuating and the water flow changes constantly. Since the building is old, it transmits a lot of noise. There are two pillows per person, but both are in poor condition and very flat.
