The location was great, right in the centre of the old town. Good size bed. Host was responsive and tidied the room in my first day. Also gave me an extra layering for the bed as I was feeling cold. Would highly recommend for convenience if you're on a budget.
It's a small room, but it doesn't matter as it has all the amenities that are needed. Also, every time the main door opens it's quite loud in the room, but for a budget room it's pretty decent.

It was in a convenient location. It was incredibly clean from the entry hall to the stairs to the apartment itself. Everything worked well. Great water pressure in the shower. Helpful touches like an umbrella in the closet, beach towels, a USB adapter in one outlet.
The beds were a bit too firm, but honestly that’s a thing that varies by travelers’ preferences so not a deal breaker.
