The lovely caretaker Den was already there to meet us. There are 3 bedrooms in the villa, one larger than 2 - this was my room and in this review. The other 2 are just as good, but smaller
The aircon was not cold enough, needed a few hours and the sun to go down for the room to cool. Once night time came, it was very comfortable and we drew the blinds down. My friend said the aircon was noisy in her room near the kitchen and she lost sleep. she seemed ok next day and didnt pursue further.

- Quietness around.
- Housekeeping daily.
- All room size it's big.
- The bathroom is great. There are 2 shower heads to bathe so no fighting.
- The cushion outside our room was a great spot for an afternoon massage.
- Pool has deeper depth than usual
- Marts around.
- A lot great foods around too
My bed. Springy wasn't that comfortable. The smell from wc. Some drain kind of smell from room 3.
Traffic is one way here. So coming in and going out sometimes takes extra minutes.

I like the cleaner is very friendly, and the location is very good
The toilet in one of the bedrooms is shaking
the aircon in the other room is not working
the main bedroom's door is hard to shut
the rain is dripping off from every ceiling during raining season
the kitchen is dirty, looks like never cleaned
facilities in the villa is OUT OF DATE
