Located in Diano San Pietro, this holiday home offers a seasonal outdoor heated jacuzzi, a garden and a barbecue for exclusive use as well as a private parking inside the property.
In a beautiful setting surrounded by Ligurian olive trees, there is a beautiful garden with an equipped and shaded gazebo. Next to it is an outdoor hot tub where you can relax.
The house has a garden view, and is composed of a living room with a kitchenette where there is a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a garden.
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets
The context is wonderful for a relaxing holiday in the quiet of the countryside but with the possibility of taking advantage of the beautiful sandy beaches found in Diano Marina, San Bartolomeo, Andora, etc. The proximity to the sea (10 minutes by car) makes it excellent as a strategic point for a holiday.
Garden and parking space are fenced.
In the house smoking is possible and medium-small sized dogs are welcome. The garden is very good for them too. The area of the house and all the outdoor spaces are fenced and a fence was placed around the entire perimeter of the fence to protect small children and animals from accidental falls below. The car park is adjacent to the house, very comfortable and fenced. A new children's playground is shared with the other holiday home. It consists of 2 slides, 2 swings and a trampoline.

Ein schönes kleines Ferienhaus in Ligurien! Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und waren rundum zufrieden :)
Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen, ca. 10min Fahrtzeit vom Strand entfernt, und befindet sich in ruhiger Umgebung. Lediglich das quaken der Frösche aus der Nachbarschaft hat die Ruhe am Abend etwas gestört.
Das Ferienhaus war sauber (bis auf einige Spinnweben) und sehr gut ausgestattet! Daher brauchten wir vor Ort nur frische Lebensmittel einkaufen und konnten unserer Urlaub sofort genießen. Ein Highlight war natürlich der Whirlpool im Garten, welchen wir sehr gerne genutzt haben!
Der Gastgeber Alessandro ist super nett und gastfreundlich! Wir haben den „Self Check-In“ genutzt und hatten zu ihm über WhatsApp Kontakt, was super geklappt hat. Er war immer zu erreichen und hat sich auch nach unserem Wohlergehen erkundigt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden bei einem zweiten Besuch in Ligurien sicher noch einmal wieder kommen :)
Ein kleiner Tipp an Alessandro im Nachhinein: Einen Vorhang, oder ein Rollo für die Fenster im Schlafzimmer empfehle ich für Langschläfer ;)

Es war ein Super toller Urlaub. Ferienwohnung sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Klein aber sehr fein. Alessandro war der Hammer ganz arg nett und zu vorkommend hat uns alles erklärt und uns gute Tips gegeben auch wegen unserem Hund( Hundestrandetc. )wenn wir fragen hatten war er sofort zu stelle. Mit Hund optimal da alles eingezäunt ist. Schöne Lage man hat seine Ruhe und kann richtig vom Alltags Stress runterkommen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
