Amazing location! Easy to walk everywhere or catch the metro. The views of the Eiffel Tower were amazing and the apartment was stocked well with all the basics you could need.

I spectacular stay in Paris in the most perfect spot!!

The location was fantastic! The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing and the apartment itself couldn’t be faulted. It was a very convenient location to visit attractions, tootbus and get around.

Couldn’t fault anything would come back here and stay in a heartbeat!

Excellent location and a room with a view. Good travel connections and access to excellent eateries

The location was excellent and close to metro. The apartment was well equipped and had an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower. There were plenty of places to eat or get provisions to cook.

The bathroom needs a deep clean, the soap dispenser in the main on suite was grotty and the sealant around the sink was in need of replacement.

The Residence Charles was the highlight of our multi-city trip!

Perfect location, incredible room with a stunning view. I cannot say enough good things about the Residence Charles and the staff! Our apartment was gorgeous and had more room than our family knew what to do with! We ended up coming home early every night because we enjoyed eating dinner at the dining table and watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle in the comfort of our PJs. I can't believe how much space we got for what we paid... an incredible value, all things considered. I wish I would have taken photos of the space to share. I cannot say enough good things and I simply cannot wait to come back!

They sent me a random e-mail during our stay about not allowing visitors as they were thinking my brother and his kids were "friends" and going to sleep over and even asked him for ID.

The nightly view of the Eiffel Tower from our apartment was amazing. Spacious, and comfortable. En suite laundry is great to have. Convenient access to metro.

Small dated kitchen (who cares really?) with microwave that should be retired- the dial to adjust the time of heating barely functions. Truly, this is not a deal breaker since we were only ever using the kitchen at breakfast and maybe the microwave only gets used twice a year!

Absolutely loved the fact that it is close to the Eiffel tower and to most if not all the city has to offer. Love the fact that it is downtown. You will never run out of things to do.

I think they should enhance the maintenance and upkeep of the place. For example, in the room we booked (thank you so much by the way for the upgrade), the coffee brewer machine was not throughly cleansed. The part that holds the water was dirty. I would also suggest putting locks in the rooms like a deadbolt or a turn knob to be able to lock it while sleeping (some people have trouble sleeping with an open door). The elevator could be improved (capacity-wise).

Neighbors above us were very loud with kids running back & forth but the hotel staff handled it wonderfully. Very small elevator if you have luggage with you, we had to take turns

Location is great, near tower and Metro. Wine shop, restaurants, grocery store and bakery all very close.

The apartment was different from the pictures at booking.com/ They should have more services, like day cleaning , breakfast , including in the price The elevator is for 3 people. Very small! It would be nice to have someone to help in the check in with luggages.

I would highly recommend to a family who would like to be so close to the Eiffel Tower for their stay.

The location!! Steps away form the Eiffel tower . And we watched the twinkling of the Eiffel Tower lights at 10pm, 11pm and midnight from our family room and dining room windows/ balcony There were so many restaurants and shops nearby to get food !

It was dated inside. Beds were firm. Woke up sore every morning. The master bathroom in our 3 bedroom apt was tiny. no space for storage of bathroom supplies in bathroom. It was advertised that the apt had air conditioning. And we had a portable AC unit in each room , except our third room with bunk beds. So that room at night, even with the window open was warm. So that was frustrating. I requested a portable AC unit for the third room and was told they couldn’t supply one. I don’t know if that meant they didn’t have an extra one ? Or what?

The view and location were worth it all!

The location and view were outstanding. The staff was friendly and respectful. It felt like our own apartment but with a concierge service.

It was very hot while we were there (103 F/40C) and while AC was listed as an amenity, one bedroom didn't have it and one had a unit vented through a wide-open window (defeating purpose!). It wasn't worth a complaint and that level of heat was unusual. Wouldn't impede future stays!

It was awesome!

Since my kids are visiting Paris for the first time, we chose this spot because it offers a great view of the Eiffel Tower. But unfortunately, my view is still blocked. For the price you’re paying, I think there’s a better option available. If you have the budget, I recommend giving it a try.

I’m so glad you like it! It’s just a 5-minute stroll from the famous building, and the cafe is just a stone’s throw away.

Beautiful Paris apartment!

This property was amazing! The view was absolutely incredible and worth every penny spent since it was our first time in Paris! The view along with it being such a historic building made it such an amazing place to stay. Suzanne was an amazing host with so many wonderful recommendations and the best personality ever. Such a great stay! Beds were very comfortable too.
