Karen was a great host, very attentive and helpful. Shared good recommendations about places around. House is massive, every room has its own bathroom. Big kitchen and bbq area so it was convenient and enough room for everyone.
Some amenities were a bit dated, but clean and good for use. The pool was under renovation, which we were informed about after making the booking.

Big! Had everything provided. Comfy beds. Super quiet. Kangaroos and so much bird song in the morning.
It was not advertised so this is definitely not a complaint, but there was not a washing machine. We had assumed there would be(silly I know), and some in the group had been travelling for a while and needed one.

the location and size was perfect

location; private bathrooms
garden and lawn areas needed upkeep as did outside areas, eg. sweep of cobwebs, spiders, wasp nest.
we were told that there were chickens to feed but they were not at the property which was a shame as our little ones were expecting chicks.
