Misleading pictures of the apartment
Pictures of the apartment on booking.com (for which we paid for) were not of the apartment that we got on arrival! We were given the apartment next door, which was significantly worse (i.e. bedroom WITHOUT windows, NO mountain view etc.). The lady who welcomed us and gave us the keys was very kind, but said she could do nothing about it and just directed us to Belvilla Team who were not responding to our phone calls and e-mails while we were there and when I contacted them afterwards to make a complaint, I was given instructions to wait for a few days for them to check my complaint. They never came back to me. Not even after a few further e-mails. They ignored me completely. Very unprofessional and I feel really cheated. If it was a mistake, I would accept their apology, since mistakes happen, but such unprofessional conduct I simply cannot understand. Despite the beautiful nature surrounding the whole area, this unprofessionalism left my family and me with a bitter taste of our long planned holidays.

Es gab einen Heizstrahler über der Terrassentür als "Heizung". Nur über den Handtuchwärmer im Badezimmer war es überhaupt warm in der Wohnung. Angelaufene Fenster und Türen, am Morgen war dort eine Wasserlacke - dadurch Schimmelbildung im Fensterbereich... Top 5
