The property was perfect for our group
Just a suggestion that the white goods and kitchen tiles could do with a professional clean , also some mattresses have stains and some exposed springs

Great location with beach right there and close enough to walk to local restaurants. Pool was excellent. The room setup in the house was great for our family.
A lot of the beds had springs sticking through mattress.
The BBQ was unclean and had two gas bottles but both were empty so we didn’t use it.
The pool had quite a few tiles that were chipped and had sharp edges that the kids kept getting small cuts on their feet.
Two out of the three pool loungers were broken.

We loved how close the house was to the beach. It was also nice to have the popular walking path right there in the back yard. Cool spot.
The pool was brisk, but then again we rented during winter.
Access to the outside from inside the house was mostly controlled by a single key. i.e. for many doors you needed the key to get out of the house. This would be a fire escape issue which I hope the owners can resolve going forward.
