Problemy z zamknięciem balkonu (wiec ciężko wyjść na taras skoro drzwi się nie chcą później zamknąć) -woda nagrzewa się 5 minut (właściciele powinni to mówić przy przekazaniu kluczy albo jakaś informacja w pokoju) -ciągle zamknięta brama (włącznie z przyjazdem wszystko pozamykane znak teren prywatny i tyle nic )
