Location and room. Communications very good. Low season so very few people in, but we expected that.

breakfast was fantastic, alot of options and variety. dinner buffet was sumptious. our son loved the playground and its vast space. We did appreciate the NO AC in our room. We just opened the windows to have fresh and cool air. It was 28deg at day and the nights were cooler. Bedsheets and towels were fresh. bathroom was clean. We enjoyed our stay and would difinitely come back.
I think the check out and check in hours. Also they indicated in the website that we can pay Cash(which we prefer) but then they already did charge our CC on the day of our check in.

Great location for me working nearby. Stayed here before and it was spot on. Normally stay at Ibis in Zeebrugge but this was available
Despite what it says the bar and food are closed. I normally stay at Ibis in Zeebrugge but this was available. Rolled up pitch black carpark and nothing open
