Lovely place, great kitchen space and seperate dining room. Comfortable living room and bedrooms. Outdoor space would have been used more if it had not been raining!!
Close enough to walk into town (about a mile to cross the river) but far enough away to be peaceful. Used as a base for trips out and the porch was very handy for wet clothes and shoes.
Only the 1 bathroom combined toilet, 4 adults and 2 kids made it an operation to get ready but not the worse thing ever

Fantastic location. Only1/2 hr to Llanberis, short walk to town along quiet coastal road. Park close by for the dog. Park has great facilites if have children. House was brill. Solid farmhouse with everything you need. Parking at front door. Owners are extreemly friendly and helpful.. so a lovely place to stay. Would certainly recommend, will stay again for sure.
No ones fault but no sand on beach as estuary.

Position, really close to Caernarfon. Well presented and equipped,great facilities. Owner really lovely and helpful.
