Loved this little place near lyme regis. Very well equipped and comfortable. Lovely walk along the river to get to Lyme. Nice owner and lovely welcome pack.
The living room / kitchen did get very hot during the day (we stayed on a warm weekend) - would recommend guests to draw curtains before you leave for the day to keep it cool.

The hosts were fab. Would highly recommend them to anyone travelling and staying down there. In terms of price vs comfort, we felt it was balanced and fair.
The chairs in the lounge are slightly odd; a bit like Mastermind chairs! Not uncomfortable but a sofa to sit on with your partner would probably be nicer. The oil fired boiler in the kitchen is quite pungent. The roads in and out of the property are very very right; you have to be a confident driver!
