Excellent location in Wells, and on gorgeous North Norfolk coast. Large sunny sitting room diner, attractive large dining table, good cooking facilities. Two loos, good shower, lots of hot water, easy to operate heating which was set to warm, modern and simple.
Beds were rather uncomfortable. Thin curtains let sun in 5am so woke us up early.

The location was fabulous and the house was well equipped.
Nothing really. There is no parking space but we managed to always find a space on the street. Might be more challenging in peak summer season.

. The cottage is spacious and well equipped and clean. The location was excellent. There was good Internet.
There was no place nearby to park or unload. The booking confirmation gave directions to parking but it couldn't be accessed.
