The cottage was spotlessly clean. It was like being at home, everything you needed was there. The parking was great and the dialogue with the owner was brilliant and easy The access to beach and town was walking distance no need to take the car.

The cottage was fantastic cosy, warm & in an excellent area for us as we prefer that side of Bridlington.
The cottage had everything we expected
The only gripe I would have is the shower has no water power it was just a dribble. Also my husband would of liked a tv in the main bedroom

Very clean and tidy and well situated near the promenade and shops
The stairs were really creaky and the cold water tap on downstairs tap took some turning off to stop the drip

Lovely little house, great location, lovely neighbour next door. Felt very safe as is down a side street. Short walk to most of Bridlington centre. Great for the car as there is a small driveway suitable for one small car.
The property is dog friendly, but it’s not a home from home for dogs as there are a lot of rules which it would be good to know about before you book.
The second bedroom is downstairs next to the kitchen, with the main bedroom being upstairs next to the bathroom. This wasn’t much of a problem for us as our children are teenagers, but even they were a little reluctant to have to sleep downstairs. If you had little children this would be more of an issue, as they may not like being downstairs.
The property was clean enough on the surface, but needed more attention to detail, such as blinds were very dusty, shower screen needed a clean and the cooker hood was a bit sticky to touch.
